Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Flexible Ureteroscope in The Treatment of Upper Urinary Tract Calculi
快速康复理念在输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石围手术期护理的应用

摘要

目的：观察分析快速康复理念在输尿管软镜治疗上尿路结石围手术期护理的应用。方法：将2019年3月至2019年8月我科接收的62例上尿路结石并于我科实施输尿管软镜治疗的病人进行研究，根据随机抽签法进行分组，将其分为实验组和参照组，每组各31例。参照组病人选择常规护理干预，实验组则是对患者实施快速康复理念护理干预，比较两组病人的术后信息以及不良反应的情况。结果：实验组病人的置管时间、住院时间、术后并发症均低于参照组，差异较大(P＜0.05)。结论：在上尿路结石实施输尿管软镜治疗患者的护理中应用快速康复理念，其可以显著提升患者术后恢复情况，缩短恢复时间，降低不良反应情况，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective:To observe and analyze the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of upper urinary calculi treated with flexible ureteroscope.
Methods:From March 2019 to August 2019,62 patients with upper urinary tract calculi who were treated with flexible ureteroscope in our department were studied.According to random drawing,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group chose routine nursing intervention,and patients in the experimental group were treated with rapid rehabilitation concept nursing intervention.Postoperative information and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared.
Results:The time of catheterization,hospital stay and postoperative complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :The application of rapid rehabilitation concept in nursing care of patients with upper urinary calculi treated with flexible ureteroscope can significantly improve the postoperative recovery of patients,shorten the recovery time and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
