Application Observation on Improving Cardiovascular Disease Patients'Participation in Cardiac Rehabilitation Based on the Health Education Model of Knowledge,Belief and Practice

摘要
目的:观察分析基于知信行健康教育模式提高心血管疾病患者参与心脏康复的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的心血管疾病患者98例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=50)与对照组(n=48),其中对照组患者采取常规护理模式干预,观察组患者在常规护理模式基础上采取基于知信行健康教育模式干预,干预12个月后评估两组健康知识掌握程度、健康行为、自我护理能力及心脏康复情况。结果:两组干预前健康知识评分、SRAHP评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组干预后健康知识评分、SRAHP评分比较干预前明显上升,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前ESCA评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组干预后ESCA评分明显上升,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预前心功能指标(LVEF、BNP)比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组干预后心功能各指标明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对心血管疾病患者行知信行健康教育模式,可有效加强患者对健康知识掌握程度,提升健康行为依从性与自我护理能力,且有利于心脏功能康复,值得推广实施。

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of improving cardiovascular disease patients'participation in cardiac rehabilitation based on the health education model of knowledge,belief and practice.Methods:A total of 98 patients with cardiovascular disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into a treatment group(n=50) and a control group(n=48) according to a random number table.Among them,the control group Patients in the observation group adopted the conventional nursing mode intervention,and the observation group adopted the health education mode intervention based on knowledge,belief and behavior based on the conventional nursing mode.After 12 months of intervention,the two groups were evaluated for their health knowledge mastery,healthy behavior,self-care ability,and cardiac rehabilitation.Results:There was no significant difference in the health knowledge score and SRAHP score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The health knowledge score and SRAHP score of the two groups increased significantly after the intervention before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the ESCA scores of the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The ESCA scores of the two groups increased significantly after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the two groups had no comparison of cardiac function indicators(LVEF,BNP)before intervention Significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention of the two groups,the indicators of cardiac function were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion :The health education model for patients with cardiovascular diseases can effectively strengthen the patient's grasp of health knowledge,improve health behavior compliance and self-care ability,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of heart function.It is worthy of promotion and implementation.
