Analysis on the Effect of Low Frequency Treatment Instrument of Meridian Flow in Postpartum Lactation
论子午流注低频治疗仪在产后催乳的效果分析

摘要

目的：论子午流注低频治疗仪在产后催乳的效果分析。方法：选择我院接收的产妇共100例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组产妇采取常规的护理方法，观察组产妇采取子午流注低频治疗，对比两组产妇的泌乳发动时间，同时记录两组产妇的泌乳量以及催乳的效果。结果：观察组产妇的泌乳发动时间在两天之内的为84%，对照组为44%，而观察组产妇泌乳发动时间大于两天的为13.33%，对照组为56%，(P＜0.05)；观察组产妇的泌乳量整体优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组产妇的催乳总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：子午流注低频治疗仪在产后催乳的效果得到明显的提升，不但缩短了产妇泌乳的时间，同时还增加了产妇的泌乳量，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of the low frequency treatment instrument of meridian flow in postpartum galactagogue.
Methods:A total of 100 cases of puerpera in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given midnight noon lfow therapy.The lactation start time of the two groups was compared,and the lactation volume and the effect of lactation were recorded.
Results:The lactation start time of the observation group was 84% within two days,and that of the control group was 44%,while that of the observation group was 13.33%,and that of the control group was 56%(P<0.05);the lactation volume of the observation group was better than that of the control group as a whole(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :The effect of low-frequency meridian flow therapy instrument in postpartum lactation has been significantly improved,not only shortening the time of maternal lactation,but also increased the amount of maternal lactation,the overall improvement of maternal lactation efficiency,worthy of clinical promotion.
