The Application of Balin Group and Role Play in Improving the Humanistic Care Ability of Nursing Interns

摘要
目的:探讨巴林特小组结合“角色扮演”在提高实习护生人文关怀能力中的应用。方法:选取到我院实习大专生80名,随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组除常规培训以外,开展巴林特小组结合“角色扮演”活动。分别在培训前、5个月后,观察组及对照组护生完成人文关怀品质量表测评,量表得分数据采用SPSS20.0软件进行统计。结果:干预前两组护生人文关怀品质差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组护生人文关怀品质4个维度差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)结论:实习护生人文关怀能力通过巴林特小组结合“角色扮演”活动得到有效提高。

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of Balint group combined with"role play"in improving the humanistic care ability of interns.Methods:80 interns were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine pre-internship training,admission introduction and humanistic care training in hospitals and departments.The observation group carried out a Balint group in addition to the regular training.Combine"role play"activities.After 5 months of training,the humanistic care quality scale and the Jefferson empathy scale(nursing student version) were used to compare the humanistic care and empathy abilities of the two groups of interns.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of humanistic care between the two groups of nursing students before the intervention(P>0.05),and the difference in the four dimensions of the quality of humanistic care between the two groups of nursing students after the intervention was statistically significant(P>0.05);the intervention group had empathy The total ability score is higher than that of the control group(P>0.01).Conclusion :The humanistic care and empathy ability of interns are effectively improved through Balint group activities and"role playing".
