Application of PDCA Cycle Method in the Nursing Quality Management of Physical Examination Center
PDCA循环法在体检中心护理质量管理中的应用

摘要

目的：研究分析PDCA循环法在体检中心护理质量管理中的应用。方法：在2018年12月到2019年12月期间，在体检中心收集100例体检者设置为参照组，行常规的护理质量管理；在2019年12月到2020年12月期间，在体检中心收集100例体检者设置为研究组，行PDCA循环法的护理质量管理。观察两组体检者的护理满意度情况。结果：参照组的护理满意度低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：体检者采用PDCA循环法的护理质量管理可以改善护理满意度，适用于体检者检中心护理质量管理的临床推广。

Abstract

Objective:To study and analyze the application of PDCA circulation method in nursing quality management of physical examination center.
Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,100 medical examiners were collected at the medical examination center and set as a reference group for routine care quality management;from December 2019 to December 2020,collected at the medical examination center 100 medical examiners were set up as the research group,and the nursing quality management of PDCA circulation method was performed.Observe the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of medical examiners.
Results:The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :The use of PDCA cycle method for nursing quality management by physical examiners can improve nursing satisfaction,and is suitable for clinical promotion of nursing quality management in physical examination centers.
