摘要
目的：浅析延续性护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法：纳入我院于2019年1月至2019年12月间收治的92例慢性心力衰竭患者作研究样本，采用随机数字表法分为2组各46组，观察组给予延续性护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，评价两组护理效果。结果：观察组干预后生活质量评、自我护理能力评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：慢性心力衰竭患者应用延续性护理模式可提高患者生活质量与自我护理能力。

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing mode on the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:92 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital between January 2019 and December 2019 were included as research samples,and they were divided into 2 groups with 46 groups by random number table method.The observation group was given continuous nursing intervention and control The group was given routine nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The evaluation of quality of life and self-care ability scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion :The application of continuous nursing mode in patients with chronic heart failure can improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients.
